Respect
Technification respects privacy.
The organisation keeps privacy as a baseline expectation rather than as a decorative policy note attached after the fact.
Privacy
The original privacy policy remains available as a PDF document, and this page explains how that policy position is applied in the current web app.
Official document
The official privacy-policy PDF is kept accessible as part of the new site. Use the document itself for the formal record, and use this page for the current practical handling summary.
Policy position
This summary reflects the legacy policy position carried forward into the new platform and the way the current forms operate.
Respect
The organisation keeps privacy as a baseline expectation rather than as a decorative policy note attached after the fact.
Disclosure
Contact and membership details are collected for operational follow-up, review, and association administration, not for resale or general distribution.
Access
The current platform keeps submissions server-side so enquiries and membership applications can be reviewed in context.
Current platform
The new site is more structured than the old one, so the current handling model is stated plainly here.
Contact
Contact submissions are stored so the request can be triaged and responded to in context.
Membership
Membership submissions include applicant details and the scored recommendation produced by the fit check.
Operations
The internal ops view records workflow state and whether optional notifications were sent, failed, or were disabled.
Storage
By default, submissions are written to the application data directory. In production, Technification can move that storage to a dedicated server path.
Notifications
If a notification webhook is configured, new submissions can be sent to another system. If it is not configured, submissions remain in the local ops inbox only.
Questions
Use the contact page and reference the submission where possible. Governance documents are also available on the documents page.
